An introduction to hypnotherapy

A solution-focused therapy, self-hypnosis is a safe, natural, deep state of heightened relaxation, where you will feel in control and in an enhanced state of awareness. During hypnosis, the conscious mind 'tunes out' and the unconscious mind 'tunes in' to where all our habits, beliefs and memories are stored. 

Hypnotherapy aims to re-programme patterns of behaviour within the mind, enabling irrational fears, phobias, negative thoughts and suppressed emotions to be overcome.
